Prologue—Crystals and the Cosmos

Millions of years ago, crystals began to form from pools of hot liquid deep inside the earth. Over eons the liquid cooled and took shape as magnificent multifaceted light structures. The particles that formed these structures originated in space and have remained forever linked to each other throughout the universe. Whether grounded in crystals or spinning around the cosmos, crystalline particles have continued to resonate. Therefore, if a rare cosmic phenomenon were about to take place, the average human might not be aware, but the crystals would know.
